Conference Display Tables

Who may have a display?
Clubs are invited to create a display for the 2012 Mid-Winter Conference; the display could be on a single project or a general overview of the club’s activities. District Chairs and non-profit organizations working with Kiwanis on Young Children-Priority One are also welcomed to create a display for their area of interest. For-profit, non-Kiwanis exhibitors may wish to exhibit materials or products. All groups must complete and return the form if they wish to reserve space.

What are the costs involved?
There is no charge for space used by clubs, chairs and non-profit organizations. All other exhibitors must submit $100.00 to reserve space. All interested groups must complete and return the form. Please return to the Kiwanis District Office using the address provided below.

What will be provided?
Only a draped table and chairs will be provided. The District will not be responsible for arranging for any audio visual equipment, cords, and any other items that are needed.

Are there any restrictions?
No tickets for a raffle and/or a game of chance may be sold at a display without having received prior approval from the District Board. The District reserves the right to reject any request based on the nature of the display or organization requesting space. Please note all space is limited and will be allocated first come, first serve. All display requests must be received in advance of the convention.
