Registration Notes
- The Conference is being held at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. It has many amenities including a pool, restaurants, shops and an array of activities.
- The hotel room block will be held until February 2, 2010. After that date, any unsold rooms will be released for sale to the general public. Rates and availability cannot be guaranteed after February 2, 2010. To make a hotel reservation, you must land mail, e-mail or fax the Kiwanis Midwinter Housing form to the Kiwanis District office (see the Housing reservation form for the District office contact information) or complete and submit the on line registration form at www.pakiwanis.org..
- For those not wishing to stay at the Hershey Lodge, there is a separate Conference registration form, which must be completed and sent in to be registered for the Conference. The registration deadline for the conference (not for the hotel) is February 18, 2010. You may, also, register on-line by going to www.pakiwanis.org.
- To attend sessions and workshops you must be registered for the conference by completing the hotel registration form or the conference registration and returning it with appropriate fees.
- The convention fee/registration paid by all clubs (on its annual dues invoice) applies only to the Summer District Convention and not the Midwinter Conference. The Midwinter Conference is pay as you go.
- Please be sure to share and copy this information with all your club members. Please make an announcement at each meeting. Carefully review the material and call our District Office at 717-540-9300 or e-mail Robin or Kevin if you have any questions.
- All conference information is available on line at www.pakiwanis.org. The program and forums will be updated in weeks ahead and will be posted on at the web page.
