2010 Mid-Winter Conference

Hershey Lodge and Convention Center
March 5-7, 2010

Once again, the Kiwanis Midwinter Conference will be held at the same time and location as our Key Club District Convention/Leadership Conference. Governor Ethan McBeth and the Kiwanis District Board of Trustees would like to invite all PA District Kiwanians and their families to attend a weekend filled with excitement, fun, fellowship, service and education while joining our Key Club Members at the beautiful Hershey Lodge & Convention Center.

Highlights of this year’s Mid-Winter Conference include:

  • Hershey Lodge: It has many amenities including indoor pool, shops and an array of other activities.
  • Friday & Saturday Workshops including forum presentations from Keynote Speaker Dr. Wil Blechman, Past President of Kiwanis International.
  • General Interest Forums for Spouses, guests and Kiwanians.
  • A Key Club meet and greet session open to Kiwanis participation
  • Kiwanis Hospitality room on Friday and Saturday evenings
  • A joint service fair with Key Club.
  • A service opportunity at the Hershey Ronald McDonald House.
  • A Friday opening session held jointly with our Key Club members and featuring a Keynote address from Scott Greenberg.
  • Saturday General session featuring a Keynote address from Dr. Blechman as well addresses from our Kiwanis Family Leaders.
  • Sunday Farewell Session with a focus on the First Object of Kiwanis - "To Give Primacy to the Human & Spiritual rather than to the Material Values of Life"

This year’s Mid-Winter Conference offers an opportunity to take a break from the winter doldrums in a wonderful setting and enjoy a weekend filled with excitement, education, fellowship, hands-on service and inspiration mixed in with the enthusiasm of Key Club. We hope to see you there.
