2011-2012 District Goals  

  1. Open 7 new Clubs
    • At least one new club in each region
    • Each Lt. Governor and Trustee will have a site survey into the district by September 15.
    • Have three clubs built before Christmas
  2. Have a membership gain of 350
    • 175 members from the 7 new clubs
    • 3.5% growth from existing clubs in the district
  3. Improve Training and Leadership Development by expanding the Mentor Program by adding twelve more developing leaders during the 2011-2012 year
  4. Have 500 members at the District Convention and 300 at the Mid-Winter
    • Actively market the leadership development, fun, fellowship, vacation, and service ideas gained at District functions
  5. Have at least four clubs in each division achieve Distinguished Status
    • Trustees and Lt. Governors will be active on viewing the on-line reporting for clubs in their division/divisions.
  6. Have all Lt. Governors be distinguished
    • Same as above
  7. Have one new service project from every club that does not cost the club any money
    • The district will modify the on-line reporting to track this.
